How Much Will I Earn Per Track Sale?
This very much depends on which stores your track does well on. For new streaming sites you could earn up to £0.01 per stream or for download stores you could earn around £0.35 per download, every store is different. And it all depends on how you tailor your promotional campaign, which stores you feature and where your main fan base lies as to how much you can potentially earn.
How Often Will I Get Paid?
We update your dashboard monthly with new sales although you need to bear in mind that many of the big stores report to us quarterly.
How Long Does It Take Before My Track Appears On Download Stores?
It varies from store to store but we would usually suggest that you set your release date for eight weeks after the date that you send your track to us. Anything before the release date can be classed as pre-release and you can encourage fans to buy in advance of the official release date. All pre-release sales go towards your first weeks chart placing.
Will My Track Be Automatically Accepted By All Stores?
Each download store reserves the right to refuse a track if they feel that it is not up to a professional standard. Therefore we always request that tracks are professionally studio mastered before being submitted and that artwork is to the requested specifications and of a high quality in order to improve chances of being accepted. We can assist with any of this if required.
PHYSICAL DISTRIBUTION
There is no physical distribution service available at present although if you like we can hold your CDs in stock and add then to our store at www.tuneshockmusic.com
PHOTOSHOOTS
Will I Be Able To Use The Photos On My Website And Merchandise?
Many photographic studios will not allow you to reproduce photos as they make their revenues from providing prints. However, we understand that an artist or band needs to use photos on their publicity and therefore you have the rights to use your photos as you wish, all we ask for is a credit somewhere on your website or in your bands promotional materials.

Can we earn money from a music video?
Although still mainly viewed as a promotional tool, there is an increase in the number of video downloads via stores such as iTunes. It is also possible to earn royalties.
Do you distribute videos?
Yes. We submit to a number of Sky channels and also to some online music channels. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be aired.

Why Do I Need To Get A Track Mastered?
Our expert engineers will 'tweak' your track to ensure that it is fully enhanced for radio play. It is difficult to bring a track to the correct volume without distorting in certain parts and while at the same time ensuring that all parts are correctly EQ'd and can be distinctly heard.

Will I Be Able To Update My Website By Myself?
Yes. All of our websites are built in Joomla, a CMS system that allows you to log in and update content without needing to know any coding, much the same way as sites such as mySpace, etc.
